Neville Carseldine -- ![]() During the late nineties, Neville Carseldine and his brother Bruce saw potential for a higher standard of security provider, particularly within the music industry. The subsequent years have seen the formation and establishment of Venue Security as the foremost security provider to the music industry in Australasia. Neville's management style has developed throughout a security career which began with cash handling for Securitas before the company was bought by Armourguard in 1995. Neville moved to work at Sky City Casino where he oversaw cash movements throughout the building. In 1998 he was re-employed as Chubb's Operations Manager, Coin/Cash dept, before setting up Venue Security in 2000. Since then Neville has injected a higher standard of security within the music industry. He has completed various security operations, including two Lord of the Rings premieres, the Dalai Lama's visit in 2001, and personal protection duties for actor Tom Cruise and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder.

He is trained to undertake surveillance work, but mainly operates in a consultancy role. A skilled martial artist, Bruce holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has practiced Brazillian Jujitsu. Throughout the late nineties Bruce completed passenger protection operations on cruise ships in North, South and Central America as well as Asia.
