VSI has been involved in the security planning for the upcoming Pearl Jam concert at Mt Smart Stadium.

Concert & Event Management

Venue Security provides complete concert security and management services. The company's expertise extends to leading roles alongside production operators. Our managers are involved in the pre-planning phase and assist at ICP level on event day.

Additionally, we employ staff backstage, at the barrier, and at venue perimeters to ensure artists and VIP personnel are protected. For larger events, such as The Big Day Out and U2 concerts, we offer full hard copy and verbal mapping and planning briefs.

Planning & Investigation

Planning & Investigation naturally complement eachother. Therefore, at Venue Security we place huge importance on planning and preparation for all investigations no matter how big or small.

Venue Security is a licenced private investigations company. We boast more than thirty years in the industry, primarily obtained through the NZ Police Criminal Investigations Branch, private sector investigations, high profile fire & safety planning and multiple cash handling exercises.

Sports Events

Venue Security has forged a strong reputation within the sports market. Primarily, the company is contracted to secure Mount Smart Stadium, which includes all Warriors home NRL matches and national Bartercard Cup fixtures.

In recent seasons rugby union was welcomed to Mount Smart with Counties Manukau opting for a larger stadium to contest the Air New Zealand Cup.

Venue Security offers a complete package for resident and visiting sports teams, from personal protection for high profile individuals to crowd control measures. Referees are also afforded a high standard of security on match days.

VSI Manager Recruited for Westlife Anniversary Gig.

Thanks to excellent service during the New Zealand leg of Westlife's recent world tour, VSI Operations Manager Neville Carseldine was invited to travel with the band in England and Ireland recently.
